Our Process

When we first meet, Greenstone Property Solutions will take the time to understand your preferences from price to location, features and aspirations. However, be warned, we normally find it necessary to discuss the ‘C’ word – compromise! We then review the market, reach out to our networks for off-market opportunities and inspect homes to create a shortlist of suitable properties. By accompanying our clients during the viewing process, our aim is to make you aware of any issues (good and bad) and/or potential opportunities for you to put your own stamp on the property.

Once you have found the right home, we continue to take the lead and will work to negotiate the very best purchase price for you. This will take into account general market or location conditions, the state of the property and any work required that means you should not necessarily pay the asking price. As Greenstone Property Solutions is employed by you, we are not influenced by the sales method or price guide being applied by an estate agent.

Once we successfully agree the purchase price, we continue to support you to ensure all parties required to complete your property purchase focus on this effort to keep the process moving forward to success.
