Should Greenstone Property Solutions have acted as your buyer’s agent in the successful purchase of your property, we will be happy to provide a free two-hour consultation on how to best maximise your improvement ideas and turn them into reality.
However, you don’t need to have used Greenstone Property Solutions as your buyer’s agent to get us involved. Our two-hour consultation for the reasonable fee of £120 + VAT allows us to talk through your plans or ideas and establish if you need us to help the renovation project.
Building out a plan
If you want to use us to progress your ideas further; for example, to obtain drawings from architects or quotes from required tradespeople, Greenstone Property Solutions charges an hourly rate of £50 + VAT for this part of the process.
Should you then want us to manage the project through to completion, Greenstone Property Solutions will charge either 10% of the project cost or an agreed hourly rate to oversee the works. Our role during this phase is to interact with all contractors and service providers to ensure your project is completed in accordance with our pre-agreed criteria.
Our clients pay for all other professional services directly with each provider. This ensures that you have control over the project, have agreed with these costs before any works are undertaken and do not pay Greenstone Property Solutions a ‘margin’ for supplying these experts. In this way, we organise your project with complete independence, working directly for you, and do not benefit from the contractors hired for the project.
